Thanks for everyone’s comments - much appreciated. I think everyone is feeling a little bit overfed after the Christmas season, I know that I overindulged and just didn't care. My dress on New Years Eve was a little snug though - the last time I wore it was December the 7th and I felt very svelte in it! Well, it should only be a month before at least half a stone comes off! I'm aiming fir a stone before the summer and then to hopefully keep it off for the wedding. I set the alarm this morning for 6 to get to the gym for 6.30 but it didn't happen - I woke up with the warning shadow of a migraine over my left eye, so decided to have another hour asleep and not go to the gym!

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs
Lunch - Last nights leftover curry and basmati rice (it wasn't too nice last night, my OH made it and we had run out of tinned tomatoes, the fresh toms he added just didn't have the same effect.)
Dinner - Cod fillet (grilled) probably with some chili and ginger, chips and whatever veg I can find in the freezer!

PS I'm just over 9 stone now (about 9 and a 1/4) so I'll let you know in a week if anything has come off!!!
