Hope you enjoy your dinner :) Good luck with the baking :)

In response to:Bad Behaviour

Girls please don't talk about food!!!! Going from one stone to the next (only when you're going downwards!) is an amazing feeling. I haven't done that for a while (in that direction!!). I virtually lost all the weight I put on over Christmas and felt quite good. However, I've started creeping up again this week. I will really have to give myself a good talking to. But I did managed to get on the treadmill this morning... :o( only to follow it with a chocolate chip muffin !!!! I don't have the incentive that you have and I'm sure you are going to look absolutely amazing on your wedding day. Keep it up.

In response to:The beginning...kind of.

Well done and I hope it all goes well for you.
In answer to Trekkie, I feel that it can do no harm whatsoever to cut refined sugar out of anyone's diet; a most unnatural product. The last 5% is incredibly hard though. You don't seem to be going down the sweeteners route; good for you again. Let us know how you get on.

In response to:The beginning...kind of.

Very well done SamCat. thanks for the invite. I'm trying to lose some weight too and get fit after 1) bronchitis then 2) Christmas celebrations!
I find it so difficult though as my hubbie has such a sweet tooth and loves me to make puddings and cakes-oh well!
Good luck!
That's incredible. When I was 30 a group of my friends decided to sponsor a disabled athletic for the Para-Olympics. As I was grossly overweight at the time, I decided to make my contribution as a sponsored diet. I lost 6 stones, but that was over a year!!!! I hope you do it, but I think I would seek my doctors advice first. I mean, what medical training had this 'young lad' got?

In response to:The beginning...kind of.

well am trying to put on weight but from ur pics u look
