In the interest of sharing my diet wealth(!) here is the food I've eaten today:
Breakfast - 2 Boiled eggs.
Lunch - LEFTOVERS!!! 2 large slices of roast pork and 4-5 roast potatoes.
Snack - Salt and Vinegar WALKERS crisps (important that they are walkers, others may contain sugar - even if it's in the form of dextrose etc.)
Dinner - Beef Curry - PATAKS Madras paste in a jar doesn't contaain any sugar. Most sauces in jars / packets do contain sugar and I wouldn't be able to go near them. All I do is fry off the beef with some onion, poor on 2-3 tablespoons of curry paste, a tin of tomatoes and some mushrooms. Served with basmati rice (don't even think about using yoghurt or having a naan bread!!!)![]()

thanks for the invite. I'm trying to lose some weight too and get fit after 1) bronchitis then 2) Christmas celebrations!
I find it so difficult though as my hubbie has such a sweet tooth and loves me to make puddings and cakes-oh well!
